Welcome to the Traverse Mountain 13th Ward. We are excited to get to know you! Our ward geography is comprised of the Cresthaven apartment complex and most of the adjacent townhomes.

 

Now that you moved into an apartment or townhome, you might be thinking, "This should be a nice place until we get into a more permanent situation.” Some members say that they won’t hang pictures on the walls because they won't be here long enough to justify patching the holes. We have brothers and sisters in all sorts of situations: moving-in for a semester or two until they graduate, waiting for a house to finish being built, separating from a spouse, relocating from a different state and wanting to get to know the area before making a more permanent decision, etc.

 

Regardless of your circumstances, and whether you plan to be here for 6 months or 4 years, we hope you will embrace the fact that we are all in a semi-temporary situation in our ward and make the most of it. Our ward truly has the mentality of “making the days count” instead of “counting the days.”

So 6 months or 4 years from now, and you’re on your way to your next location, we hope you will look back on your time here with fond memories, long-term relationships, and a closer relationship with The Lord.
